Good looking piece of furniture. The guys who delivered it also assembled it and took all the packaging away with them. Great service.

The bed itself is reasonably designed but we had three issues. First, the website said and still says that it is assembled on delivery. It isn't and the delivery team said they would not despite us showing them the website. When I called B&S I was told Guildford was not in the area where assembly was offered: however, the website lists excluded areas where assembly is not done and Guildford is not one of them. So, update your website please B&S. Secondly, if the delivery team had assembled the bed they would have found the headboard was badly broken and needed to be replaced. B&S did replace it without issue. But items should surely be checked before leaving the warehouse. Thirdly, and most significantly the dimensions on the website are wrong: they say the bed is 203cm deep. It's not. It's 207cm deep. Those 4cm were important because we specifically got this bed to fit a tight spot: 203cm would mean we could open the bathroom door at the foot of the bed, 207cm means we cannot. So, we ended up sawing some wood off the foot. The measurements on the website should be accurate. So the bed itself is perfectly acceptable but those three issues were not good: B&S, don't say you'll assemble on delivery when you refuse to do so on delivery; check that you're sending out furniture in good condition before leaving the warehouse; and get the measurements right on the website: it may be important 0- as it was to us - that they are spot on.
