Love shopping online, but don't love waiting to get your hands on those beautiful new buys? Choosing this super-easy option means you skip the delivery fees, and instead pick up your order from one of our warehouses at a time that suits you.

Place your order.

  • Find your favourite pieces then add them to the basket.

  • Choose the 'Collection' option at the checkout.

  • Select from the available locations where you would like to collect from.

Book a time slot.

  • Your order can take up to 7 days to reach your collection point, once it arrives we will contact you to book a time slot.

  • You will have 28 days to collect your order.

Come and collect.

  • Come to your chosen pick up point.

  • Bring a proof of ID such as driving license.

Where do I collect my order?

You can collect your order from any of our 4 warehouses: Middlesbrough, Blaydon, Eggborough or Crawley, click here for warehouse locations and opening times.

When can I pick up my order?
