Choosing to pay for your furniture on finance means you can order right away without having to wait too long for that perfect addition to your home. In return, you simply make regular monthly payments for a fixed amount over a set time, so you always know where you stand. And with 0% interest available, what's not to love?

How it works

1. Add your chosen furniture to your basket with a value over £500 (excluding deposit and delivery charge).

2. Use our handy calculator at the checkout to select a monthly payment amount and period that suits you.

3. Fill in a few personal details including previous address, bank details, income, email and landline phone number.

4. You’ll then be taken to our trusted partners; V12 Retail Finance where you can complete your online credit agreement and pay your deposit.

5. Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Are there any restrictions?

To make sure that House Credit is right for you, there are some restrictions in place:

  • You must be 18 years of age or over.
  • You can pay the 10% deposit by debit or credit card.
  • You’re in permanent full (16+ hours per week) or part time employment (16 hours or less a week), self-employed, retired or receive Disability Allowance.
  • You have lived in the UK for at least 36 months and will continue to do so.
  • The furniture must be delivered to your home address.

What are the options?

Up to 12 months Interest Free Credit (0% Typical APR) - minimum 10% deposit
6 months interest free credit for orders over £500
10 months interest free credit for orders over £500
12 months interest free credit for orders over £1,000

Up to 48 months Classic Credit (9.9% Typical APR) - minimum 10% deposit
24 months classic credit for orders over £500
36 months classic credit for orders over £500
48 months classic credit for orders over £500

What personal details do I need to apply for credit?

You’ll be asked to fill in some details so should have the following to hand:

  • Previous address if you’ve moved in the last three years
    (We can only deliver your order to the address that has been used to apply for House Credit. Purchases via House Credit can’t be delivered to an alternative address)
  • Bank details including account number and sort code
  • Email address and contact telephone number
  • Daytime and / or evening number plus your work number – these should include at least one landline
  • Employment and income information

What if you'd like to cancel your order after applying for credit?

That’s okay but please let us know at the earliest opportunity by writing to our team or sending an email. Your deposit will be refunded back on to your chosen debit or credit card. It can take up to 7 days for this to display in your account.
