Teesside Park is the home of our flagship Barker and Stonehouse store. An amazing state-of-the art shopping destination as well as our head office, it was opened by very special guest – Mary Berry. Here, you’ll find an eclectic edit of furniture and accessories across two floors, as well as our in-house bistro, Chadwick & Co.

The first of its kind in Teesside, our spectacular south-facing wall and roof has been brought to life with 14,000 colourful plants.

Our flagship store is located in the Teesside Retail Park, easily accessible from the A66 and only ten minutes from the centre of Middlesbrough. We’re also easy to get to from the surrounding areas, including Stockton-On-Tees and Thornaby, and only around 20 minutes’ drive from Darlington and Hartlepool.
